October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It’s an opportunity to raise awareness for screening, and regular self-examination and checks.

Our team is wholly made up of ladies, who shout from the roof tops to help save women from breast cancer.
Keep informed, get screened regularly and keep an eye on any breast changes. Breast Cancer Screening is Important – Early Detection Saves Lives!

As the second most common cancer in women, after skin cancers, it is crucial to keep informed and to regularly check your breasts. It is also important to screen and get checked annually after you turn 40 years of age, as the risks increase dramatically.  Mammography is the best detection for early breast cancer, and the good news is that with advances in treatment, the chance that a woman will die from breast cancer is under 3%.
