Breast Cancer Awareness

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an important month, every year, where people all over the world are encouraged to come together to raise awareness of breast cancer and show support for those people affected by the disease.

During October, ladies across the globe are encouraged to keep a close eye on and feel for new texture or skin changes to their breasts and are given extra information about taking care, caring for those battling and researching to make a change.

Red Rose Desire Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

2020 has been a year like no other, one where support for each other has been so important and one where wearing pink and helping to raise crucial funding for research. Supporting each other, can show every woman that her life is important, and that by working together, we can inspire hope and become a force to raise money and help make life-changing breast cancer care and research happen. The coronavirus crisis is having a devastating impact on funding, so please join together on the 23rd October, by wearing something PINK and raising lots for cancer research.  THINK PINK!

There are many fundraising ideas to get you going, and many that are tried and tested and work so very well.  Not only that, breast cancer is not going away, by wearing PINK, we are raising awareness, encouraging ladies to check check check and providing extra support and light on those who may have suffered or recently been disgnosed.
