Uplift with Implants

My name is Steph. I’m 32 years old from Preston. I work in Project Management for a defence company and I’m a mother of one to my 4 year old daughter.

In October 2016, I began my weight loss journey. Over a 2 year period I lost just shy of 5 stone. I felt great. I’d never been so slim and I really enjoyed receiving the positive compliments I was getting about my weight loss. However, the more weight I lost the more I noticed the impact it was having on my breasts. They had become very saggy and had drooped really low. I had no breast tissue left and a lot of excess skin. I was finding that I was losing my brand new body confidence due to the issue I had with my breasts. This is when I decided to make an appointment with Red Rose.

I visited there clinic and was really impressed that my consultation was actually with the surgeon who would carry out whatever procedure it was that I needed. I’d previously been to 2 other companies to enquire about surgery but i hadn’t even seen a surgeon. There were numerous other appointments they wanted me to attend before that point and all I wanted to know was what did I need doing and how much would it be. This I got straight away from visiting Red Rose Desire. At my consultation I met my consultant Mr Prasad. He was amazing. He made me feel so at ease and he knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained that I would need a breast lift with an implant.

I had my procedure 3 months later at the Pall Mall Medical Centre in Newton le Willows. My operation lasted 3 hrs and the medical team based there where absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do enough to care for me. Once I was home my recovery was so much better than I had anticipated. I spent the first few days after surgery uncomfortable and propped up in bed. My pain was manageable and I kept on top of my pain relief. I visited Lynne 6 days post op where she removed my dressings and reviewed my wounds. I was healing so well that I didn’t need my dressings put back on. I was finally allowed to shower again (thank god). From then i slowly started to get back to normal and I was able to stop taking my pain relief 7 days post surgery. Over time me swelling began to subside and my breast started to sit in position.

I’m now 8 weeks post op and couldn’t be happier. I’m more than made up with my results. I have so much confidence back. I feel like a totally new women. I can’t recommend Mr Prasad and the team at Red Rose Desire enough. They’ve totally changed my life.
