We would like to offer all of our patients, new, past and present our best wishes and hopes that you and your loved ones remain safe and well throughout these testing and difficult times.

The covid-19 virus has swept through the world and touched many people and their extended family and we take time to pray and bless each person affected. We are in awe of the strength and courage showed by frontline workers and people across the nation, what a wonderful country we live in. We support the NHS clap and pay tribute to all NHS staff who are fighting the coronavirus pandemic.

There was great expectation in anticipation for the Prime Ministers address to the nation on Sunday evening, however the content seems to have left many confused and unsettled.
What we do know is that social distancing works and measures put in place have had a positive effect on admissions and those infected. We must continue this.

As well as our concerns about interaction with family and friends, at Red Rose Desire we are keen to find out when a degree of normality can start to return so that we can once more see patients, undertake consultations and work on future transformations, which is what we do best.

It is clear from the high number of calls and surgery enquiries that you too are keen for clarity and to move forward. We are not yet in a position to reopen the clinics and undertake direct contact with you – even if we were to engage in social distancing, however, we are working with and taking advice from professionals to ensure we know when the right time is.
As we prepare for our return, we consider the requirements of social distancing within the clinics and high standards of cleanliness. We are very fortunate that our clinics have great space and we very much look forward to the time when we can once more welcome you.

In the meantime, we can offer online communication/surgery advice as well as the opportunity for you to discuss your thoughts with any of our medical staff. We are available on the phone, via online chat or by email, which means if you have any questions about a particular procedure please reach out to us, we are here for you.
